Q: I’ve purchased a single license but I have more than one computer, can I install the software on all computers?

A: If you purchase single personal license, you can install and use Flyingbee software products on a single computer. If you have more than 2 computers, or the software product is used by more than one person, please consider purchasing the multiple licenses. We provide volume pricing, feel free to contact us.


Q: How can i pay?

A: We currently support Paypal, Paypal accept with debit or credit card, Paypal account not required, Paypal will redirect you to the our page after payment. PayPal is the safer, faster way to pay.


Q: Is there any discount for educational or non-profit organization and individual user?

A: Yes, we offer discount for the users from academic and non-profit institution. You need to provide some information to take advantage of the discount price. we are pleased to offer a 20% discount to students and teachers upon verification of enrollment status. please feel free to contact our support team for instructions and to verify your eligibility. [This discount cannot be applied to orders already submitted]


Q: How can I get the registration info?

A: Once you placed order from our official website, you’ll get registration email sent from our ecommerce system.


Q: How to get refund if the software does not satisfy my needs?

A: We provide 30 days Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your purchase, and want to request a refund, just let us know at support[at]flyingbee.com. Please include your name, the email address when you made the purchase, the order number in your email receipt, and the detailed reason, we will process the refund for you.

Flyingbee Software uses Paypal as our ecommerce system, after we got your refund request, we will proceed refund in Paypal. The full amount of your order will be refunded.

We do strongly suggest you to contact us for solutions to any questions about our software product before requesting refund. We would be appreciated if you could provide some suggestions and feedback about the products so that we could keep improving our service and software.
