If any PDF files that Flyingbee Software’s applications can’t convert, or you are not satisfied with the output result, our support team will help. Please do not hesitate to contact our support team via support[at]flyingbee.com, attached the original PDF document, and tell us your ORDER ID, The confidentiality of your documents will be highly protected. Once we identify the problem, we will inform you immediately.


Q: How to get refund if the software does not satisfy my needs?

A: We provide 30 days Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your purchase, and want to request a refund, just let us know at support[at]flyingbee.com. Please include your name, the email address when you made the purchase, the order number in your email receipt, and the detailed reason, we will process the refund for you.

Flyingbee Software uses Paypal as our ecommerce system, after we got your refund request, we will proceed refund in Paypal. The full amount of your order will be refunded.

We do strongly suggest you to contact us for solutions to any questions about our software product before requesting refund. We would be appreciated if you could provide some suggestions and feedback about the products so that we could keep improving our service and software.

Please contact us, provide the Order ID or the email address associated with the order. Our customer service team will return your money ASAP.

2. Purchase from the Mac App Store

Because Apple don't allow us to refund directly, You can refund from Apple though iTunes or App Store easily by mail to Apple at "Report an problem”.

If your PDF file is large, for example, have hundreds of pages and it’s a scanned file, it may take a little longer to deliver the output document.
